    What are your return conditions ?

    If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the items have not been worn. They must be returned with their tags, authenticity cards, and all accessories, such as the cotton dust bag.

    Orders placed on the Jérôme Dreyfuss website between November 20 and December 18 may be returned until January 4, 2025.

    Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and may vary depending on the country.
    Returns for a store credit are free of charge and covered by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss (this option is available for orders delivered within the European Union).

    Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to refuse future orders on the website in cases of excessive or non-compliant returns.

    How can I make a return?

    You may return any product ordered on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date, provided that you follow the procedure below and return the item complete, in its original condition and packaging.

    Orders placed on the Jérôme Dreyfuss website between November 20 and December 18 may be returned until January 4, 2025.

    Once your request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (depending on your country of residence) to affix to the outside of the parcel, along with a return form to be placed inside.

    Return fees will be deducted directly from your refund, except in cases of non-compliance (wrong item, defective product, or damaged article). In such cases, the return costs are covered by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss.

    Return fees by delivery zone:
    - France: €5
    - Euro zone (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal): €7
    - Other EU countries: €20
    - Rest of the world: €15

    Can I make a return in-store?

    Any Jérôme Dreyfuss product purchased on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website can be exchanged or returned in certain Jérôme Dreyfuss stores within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

    • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
    • Returned or exchanged products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return.

    Jérôme Dreyfuss stores do not offer refunds for products purchased on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website. Under no circumstances can your credit card be refunded directly at the store. In the case of a return, the returned product will be refunded later by the online store. The store’s sales team will coordinate with the online store team.

    If you wish to exchange your item during your visit to the store, our sales team will invite you to make a new purchase at the store. The exchanged product will be refunded later directly by the online store.

    How can I make an exchange?

    You can exchange your item by making a standard return for a refund or by choosing a return for a store credit (ideal for gift purchases). We invite you to submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Return for Store Credit

    If you reside within the European Union, this option allows you to return your item free of charge.

    Enter your order number and email address, then select the “Store Credit” option when prompted.

    Once your returned item has been received and validated, a credit note will be issued. It will be valid for 6 months, non-personalized, and exclusively usable on our website.

    You will receive your credit as a gift card sent directly to your email inbox.

    Return for Refund

    Select the “Refund” option when submitting your return request at: https://www.jerome-dreyfuss.com/a/return.

    You will then be able to download a prepaid return label.A contribution to return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, depending on your country of return (see section “How to Make a Return”).

    Once your item has been received and approved, we will issue your refund. You may then place a new order for the item of your choice at any time.

    When can I expect my refund?

    You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.

    Please allow approximately 10 business days for our team to process your return package.

    The refund for an order paid with an e-gift card, a gift card, or a store credit will be automatically issued as store credit.

    My item is defective, what is the procedure?

    A quality check is conducted by our team on all our products before they are shipped. If, however, your item has a defect, we invite you to contact us at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com as soon as you receive it, providing your order reference and attaching photos so that we can find the best solution to your issue.

    Can my return be refused?

    Each product is examined upon receipt. Your return request may be denied in two cases:

    • If the return period has expired.
    • If your item does not meet the return conditions: Items must not have been worn and must be returned with tags and all accessories, such as the cotton pouch.

    Visit the Jérôme Dreyfuss website and click on “Initiate a Return.” Follow the instructions and select the “Store Credit” option when prompted.

    Once your return has been processed by our logistics team, you will receive a store credit for the value of your item directly in your email inbox.
