Article 1 - Products


The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the Jérôme Dreyfuss Website in each Product description. The customer is fully informed that the images, photographs and colours of the items offered for sale may nevertheless not correspond to the actual colours due to the Internet browser and screen used.

The products offered for sale on the Website are available subject to stock availability.

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to stock availability. Errors or changes may exceptionally occur, particularly where several customers place simultaneous orders for the same product.

Should a product become unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible, offering you either the option of ordering another item presented on jerome-dreyfuss.com as a replacement or cancelling your order.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded immediately for any amounts already paid, credited to the bank account associated with the bank card used for payment.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss shall not be liable in the event of products being out of stock or unavailable.

Article 2 - Prices


The prices of Jérôme Dreyfuss products are displayed in the applicable currency.

For mainland France, prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), including the VAT rate applicable in mainland France.

For the European Union, prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), including the VAT rate applicable in the country concerned.

For countries outside the European Union and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), prices are displayed excluding taxes (VAT excluded).

The amount of your order includes delivery costs according to the option selected (see "delivery method").

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to change the prices of products offered on jerome-dreyfuss.com at any time and without prior notice. Products are invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to the availability of the products ordered at that time.

Article 3 - Orders


The jerome-dreyfuss.com website allows you to order a selection of Jérôme Dreyfuss products directly online from Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss for delivery to the countries listed in the delivery list.

Registration or "Guest" Mode

When placing an order, you may order as a "guest" without creating a customer account, or through a customer account. Even when placing an order as a guest, if you subsequently create an account, your previous orders will be linked to your customer account. Certain promotional offers are only available to customers who already have a customer account. To create a customer account, you must complete a personal information form with complete honesty and you are required to update this information whenever necessary. Please contact our customer service if you wish to change information such as your surname, first name or email address.

When creating your customer account, you will be asked to choose an email address and password, which will be required each time you wish to access your account. Your personal information is therefore protected by a password so that you, and only you, can access it.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss recommends that you do not disclose your password to anyone.

You must log out of your profile and close your browser window at the end of each session in order to limit access to your personal information. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.

In accordance with the French law of 6 January 1978, the Customer has the right to access the personal data concerning them, which may be exercised in writing with Customer Service at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com, without prejudice to the Customer's separate right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of such data.

Order Completion

At any time, you can:

  • Add Jérôme Dreyfuss products to your selection by clicking "continue shopping";

  • Modify your selection by clicking "remove" or adjusting quantities, as applicable.

Any order placed online requires you to provide accurate and complete information at the time of the order. The information requested includes: title, surname, first name, telephone number, email address, billing address and delivery address.

At the end of the ordering process, you will be asked to click on the "complete my order" button. By clicking on the "complete my order" button, you are asked to accept these general terms and conditions of sale and use in their entirety, as well as the privacy policy of the jerome-dreyfuss.com website.

Once completed, your order is sent to Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss for processing. Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute regarding a previous order, where Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reasonably believes that the customer has breached these general terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.

A summary of your order will be sent to you by email. The acknowledgement of receipt will include a description of the selected Jérôme Dreyfuss products, the quantity, the price and the amount of delivery charges.

You may not request cancellation of your order following confirmation and validation of payment.

Article 4 - Retention of Title


The products ordered remain the property of Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss until full payment of the price has been received by Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss.

However, you assume the risks (including loss, theft or damage) relating to the products delivered as of the actual date of delivery.

Article 5 - Payment Methods


Any order placed on jerome-dreyfuss.com must be paid immediately when the order is placed.

On our website, you may pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners), Apple Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands) or PayPal.

We also offer various payment facilities:

  • Alma (payment in 3 interest-free instalments): in France for purchases from €400.
  • Klarna (instalment or deferred payment): in the following countries: Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland and Germany. Minimum and maximum purchase thresholds may apply depending on the country. Fees may apply.

If you pay for your order in instalments, you accept Alma's and Klarna's customer general terms and conditions, as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to 109 customers.

Many other payment methods are available. The different payment options will be offered at the "Payment" stage when confirming your order. Payment is always charged when the order is confirmed, regardless of the option selected. Your order will only be shipped after your payment method has been verified and authorisation to charge your card has been received.

You may not use customer credits issued by Jérôme Dreyfuss stores or gift cards issued by Jérôme Dreyfuss stores to purchase items presented on jerome-dreyfuss.com.

Your bank or credit card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed. If certain items ordered are unavailable (see availability), the amount corresponding to the unavailable products will be refunded by our customer service.

If you choose to pay for your order using a gift voucher in the form of a digital gift card, you may supplement the amount using one of the payment methods listed above. Gift vouchers in the form of gift cards are valid for 6 months and may only be used on the jerome-dreyfuss.com online store. They may be used several times during their validity period, until the full balance has been used.

Gift vouchers issued as part of the Jérôme Dreyfuss Vintage buy-back programme are valid for twelve months from their date of issue. The buy-back programme and use of the gift vouchers are reserved for France. They may be used on vintage.jerome-dreyfuss.com, jerome-dreyfuss.com and in participating Jérôme Dreyfuss stores in France. Gift vouchers may not be used on discounted items, during sale periods or as part of specific commercial operations. Unless otherwise stated, only one gift voucher may be used per order. A gift voucher issued as part of a second-hand buy-back is valid for a single use. If the amount of your order is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the voucher will be fully used and no new credit will be issued.

Article 6 - Delivery


Delivery Area

Products purchased on jerome-dreyfuss.com may only be delivered to countries included in the list of delivery areas on jerome-dreyfuss.com (my country).

It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside these territories. For reasons including security, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss will not process any order for which a PO box or CEDEX address is provided.

Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the products in your order, the delivery service and the delivery country you select. Shipping is automatically free of charge once the order exceeds the following amount for the areas listed below:

  • Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco – always free of charge (standard delivery)
  • French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) – from €1,000 purchase
  • European Union – always free of charge (standard delivery)
  • International outside the European Union – from €800 purchase
  • UK – from £700 purchase

For residents outside the European Union, additional costs related to the shipment of the order may apply depending on the selected delivery country.

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and South Korea: all taxes and customs clearance fees are covered.
  • USA: taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Other countries: taxes and customs clearance fees are calculated at checkout. The customer may choose to pay these fees at checkout or upon arrival of the parcel.

The customer is informed, before confirming the order, of the applicable arrangements for their delivery area.

For reasons including security, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss will not process any order for which a poste restante, PO box or CEDEX address is provided.

Delivery Times

This section provides information on the delivery times and shipping options available for the products purchased and the selected delivery country. Please note that delivery times are indicative and do not include order preparation time. Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours following confirmation. This preparation time may increase slightly during promotional periods or in August. Delivery of your parcel may be delayed due to administrative issues related to customs clearance.

Delivery to mainland France and Corsica:

  • Standard home delivery via UPS: delivery of the selected items within 2 to 3 business days after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier in mainland France and within 5 business days in Corsica.
  • Express home delivery via UPS: delivery of the selected items within 1 to 2 business days after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery to Europe (European Union):

  • Standard home delivery via UPS: delivery of the selected items within 2 to 6 business days after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier. This delivery method is not available outside the European Union.
  • Express home delivery via DHL: delivery of the selected items within 1 to 3 business days after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivery to international destinations (outside the European Union) and French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM):

  • Standard home delivery via DHL: delivery of the selected items within 4 to 7 business days after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Express home delivery via DHL: delivery of the selected items within 2 to 7 business days after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to split deliveries. Shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment and in accordance with the information provided in your order summary.

Delivery Issues

Any delivery failure or delay of more than eight (8) business days must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. Any claim made more than thirty (30) calendar days after the date your order was confirmed cannot be taken into consideration.

You must check that the goods are compliant upon delivery and, where possible, indicate any issues observed (opened package, damaged product, etc.) on the delivery note by making handwritten reservations and signing them.

You must then contact customer service by email or telephone.

In the event that the products purchased do not conform to your order or do not meet your expectations, you may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions set out in the "returns - exchanges - refunds" section.

Article 7 – Returns - Exchanges – Refunds


Return Conditions

You may return any product ordered on jerome-dreyfuss.com for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that you follow the procedure described below and return the complete item in its original condition and packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the country. Returns for store credit are free of charge and are covered by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss (option available for orders delivered in France).

Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to refuse future orders on the website in the event of excessively frequent returns or returns that do not comply with the conditions.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (depending on your country of residence) to attach to the outside of the parcel, as well as a return form to place inside the parcel.

Return costs will be deducted directly from the refund for the returned item(s), except where the return is due to non-conformity (incorrect reference, defective product, damaged item). In the event of non-conformity, return costs are covered by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss.

Return costs vary depending on the delivery area:

  • France: €5
  • European Union countries, euro area: €7
  • Other European Union countries, non-euro area (Sweden, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Denmark, Bulgaria): €10
  • United Kingdom: £10
  • Switzerland: CHF 11
  • Norway: NOK 150
  • United States: $15
  • Australia: AUD 22
  • South Korea: KRW 20,000
  • Rest of the world: €15

Canadian buyers may benefit from a full refund of customs duties and taxes in the event of a return.

Upon receipt of the return, a quality control check will be carried out before the refund is approved. Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss has full discretion to determine whether the products are in their original condition when returned to jerome-dreyfuss.com.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss does not cover returns made outside the return process established by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss.

Any return made outside this procedure is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Consequently, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss cannot be held liable in the event of loss, incorrect address or delivery delay. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the Customer must contact the carrier directly.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item by making a standard return for a refund or by choosing a return for store credit (ideal for gifts), for customers residing in France. We invite you to submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return for Store Credit

Returns for store credit are currently available to customers residing in France. This option means you will not incur any return costs.

Enter your order number and email address, then select the "Store credit" option when it is offered.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will issue store credit valid for 6 months exclusively on our website and not issued in the customer's name. You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card directly by email.

Eligibility Conditions for the Jérôme Dreyfuss Vintage Buy-Back Programme

The Jérôme Dreyfuss Vintage buy-back programme is currently available only in France. Products submitted for buy-back must be shipped from France, and gift vouchers issued as part of the programme may be used on vintage.jerome-dreyfuss.com and jerome-dreyfuss.com, as well as in participating Jérôme Dreyfuss stores in France. Once issued, no gift voucher may be refunded. If an item purchased using this gift voucher is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher.

Return for a Refund

Select the "Refund" option when registering your return: https://www.jerome-dreyfuss.com/a/return.

You will be able to download a prepaid shipping label. A contribution will be deducted from the refund for returns. Return costs vary depending on the country from which the return is made (see "how to make a return").

Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will issue the refund. You may then place a new order for the product of your choice at any time.

Returning an Online Purchase to a Store

Any Jérôme Dreyfuss product purchased on jerome-dreyfuss.com may be exchanged or returned to certain Jérôme Dreyfuss stores within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returned or exchanged products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in the event of a partial return.

Jérôme Dreyfuss stores do not offer refunds for products purchased on jerome-dreyfuss.com. Under no circumstances can your bank card be credited directly at the point of sale. In the event of a return, the returned product will be refunded at a later date directly by the online store. The store sales team will liaise with the online store team.

When visiting a store, if you wish to exchange your item, our sales team will invite you to make a new purchase at the point of sale. The exchanged product will be refunded at a later date directly by the online store.

Refund Processing Time

Your return parcel will be processed within 3 to 15 business days after receipt. These timeframes may be extended during sales, private sales and in August. The amount will be refunded to the bank account associated with the card used to pay for the order. Processing of your refund will be confirmed by email. From the date of this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 5 to 10 business days.

When processing your return refund, the original outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.

The refunded amount corresponds to the value of the returned products bearing their tags and in perfect condition. If you benefited from a discount code when placing your order, this code will not be re-credited following the return.

Payments made using a gift voucher (digital gift card) will systematically be returned in the form of a gift voucher and may under no circumstances be refunded.

Refusal of a Return

Your return request may be refused in two cases:

  • If the return period has expired. In this case, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to replace the refund request with the creation of a coupon for the value of the returned items.
  • If the Customer's item does not comply with the return conditions detailed above on this page. Each product is inspected upon receipt. If your item has a defect, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss invites you to report it to customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com.

Article 8 - Legal Guarantee for Hidden Defects


Products sold on jerome-dreyfuss.com are subject to the legal guarantee conditions provided for by Articles L. 211-4, L. 211-5 and L. 211-12 of the French Consumer Code, as well as Articles 1641 and 1648 of the French Civil Code:

Article 1641 of the French Civil Code

The seller is bound by the guarantee in respect of hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the purpose for which it is intended, or which so diminish that purpose that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they known of the defects.

Article 1648 of the French Civil Code

An action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.

In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, failing which it will be time-barred, within one year of the date on which the seller may be released from liability for apparent defects.

Article L. 211-4 of the French Consumer Code

The seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The seller is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation where the latter was the seller's responsibility under the contract or was carried out under the seller's responsibility.

Article L. 211-5 of the French Consumer Code

To conform to the contract, the goods must:

  1. Be fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
    • Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
    • Have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, producer or their representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;
  2. Or possess the characteristics mutually agreed upon by the parties or be suitable for any particular purpose sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and accepted by the seller.

Article L. 211-12 of the French Consumer Code

An action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred two years from the delivery of the goods.

Article 9 - Liability of Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss


Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of business, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the purchase of Jérôme Dreyfuss products on jerome-dreyfuss.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

All elements (designs, models, illustrations, images, sound recordings, texts, logos, trademarks, etc.) comprising the jerome-dreyfuss.com website are the exclusive property of Sarl 111 Jérôme Dreyfuss or its subsidiaries. As part of a commercial promotion running from Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at 6:00 p.m. to Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time, CEST – UTC+2), inclusive, Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss is offering a Big Pompon Key Ring in Camel Lambskin (3664884126613) with every purchase of a Billy M made on jerome-dreyfuss.com.

From 1 to 7 September 2026 inclusive, the Big Pompon Key Ring in Camel Lambskin had to be manually added to the cart by the customer to benefit from the offer. From 8 September 2026 onwards, the Big Pompon Key Ring in Camel Lambskin is automatically added to the cart when an eligible Billy M is added. In both cases, the discount corresponding to the value of the gift is automatically applied to the cart before payment is completed.

This offer is valid on all Billy M models available for sale on the website, subject to stock availability. It is limited to one (1) Big Pompon Key Ring in Camel Lambskin per order.

The offer is reserved for orders paid in full using a payment method other than store credit. It does not apply to orders paid for, in whole or in part, using store credit. It cannot be combined with a promotional code, discount or any other commercial benefit.

If the Billy M that qualified for the offer is returned, the Big Pompon Key Ring in Camel Lambskin provided as part of this promotion must be returned at the same time. If the Big Pompon Key Ring in Camel Lambskin is not returned, its value of €180 will be deducted from the refund amount for the Billy M.

The offer will automatically end at the end of the period indicated above or as soon as stocks of Big Pompon Key Rings in Camel Lambskin are exhausted, if this occurs before the end of the promotion.
