    What are the delivery times and expenses ?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order, the chosen delivery service, and the delivery country. Shipping is automatically free once the order exceeds the following amounts for each zone:

    - Mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco – always free (standard delivery)

    - DOM-TOM – from €1000 purchase

    - European Union – always free (standard delivery)

    - International (outside EU) – from €800 purchase

    - United Kingdom – from £700 purchase

    For residents outside the European Union, additional fees related to the shipment may apply depending on the chosen delivery country.

    - UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and South Korea: all taxes and customs fees are covered.

    - USA: taxes are calculated at checkout.

    - Other countries: taxes and customs fees are calculated at checkout.

    Customers may choose to pay these fees either at checkout or upon delivery.Customers are informed of the applicable shipping method and fees for their delivery zone before confirming the order.

    This section provides the estimated shipping times and available delivery options based on the products purchased and the chosen delivery country. Please note that delivery times are indicative and do not include order processing time. Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours following confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods or in August. Delivery may also be delayed due to customs procedures.

    Delivery to Mainland France and Corsica:

    - Standard home delivery via UPS: 2–3 business days in Mainland France, 6 business days in Corsica, after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

    - Express home delivery via DHL: 1–2 business days after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

    Delivery to Europe (European Union):

    - Standard home delivery via UPS: 3–5 business days after the parcel is handed over to the carrier. This option is not available outside the EU.

    - Express home delivery via DHL: 1–3 business days after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

    International Delivery (outside EU) and DOM-TOM:

    - Standard home delivery via DHL: delivery within 4-7 business days after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

    - Express home delivery via DHL: 2–7 business days after the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

    How can I track the delivery of my order?

    Once your order has been picked up by the chosen carrier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the package and the carrier's tracking link.

    You can also track your order using the "track my order" link located in the footer of our website.

    I will be absent at the time of delivery, what should I do?

    If you are absent, the carrier will leave your parcel in your letter box or will leave a notice of attempted delivery so that you can collect your parcel from your post office or another pick-up point within the days following delivery. Once the parcel has been delivered, you will be informed by email or by SMS. You will have up to 10 days to collect your parcel.

    Do you offer the “Click and Collect” option?

    It is not possible to select the "Click and Collect" option at the time of payment on our website.

    Is my order subject to customs duties?

    For residents outside the European Union, additional fees related to the shipment may apply depending on the chosen delivery country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the purchase value.

    - United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and South Korea: all taxes and customs fees are covered.

    - USA: taxes are calculated at checkout and will appear as a separate line item.

    - Other countries: taxes and customs fees are calculated at checkout. Customers may choose to pay these fees either at checkout or upon delivery.In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery and will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Customers are informed of the applicable shipping and tax procedure for their delivery zone before confirming their order.

    My parcel is lost or stolen, what should I do?

    If you have not received your order, please contact us at eshop@jerome-dreyfuss.com and state the reference of your order.

    We will make an enquiry with the carrier to obtain more information about the location of your parcel.

    If your parcel is lost or sold, we will find appropriate solutions together. Please be advised that our processing times are generally 15 days.

    My parcel was returned to the sender, what should I do?

    If your parcel could not be delivered, it will be returned to us. In this case, you will be automatically refunded to the payment method used for the purchase, and the item will be restocked. If you wish to have it reshipped, we invite you to place a new order.
