How do I create my Jérôme Dreyfuss account ?
You can create your Jérôme Dreyfuss customer account by clicking on the “My account” space at the top right-hand corner of our website. Then click on “Create an account” and fill in the mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Lastly, click on “Sign up”.
You will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided when you created your account.

Creating an account on www.jerome-dreyfuss.com allows you to be quickly identified by the Company when you purchase products from the e-shop.

For your security, Jérôme Dreyfuss does not retain your credit card information and does not share any of your personal details with a third party.
If you are unable to access your account, you can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot my password” and entering your email address so that you will be sent a reset email.
You can also check your spam box or write to us at email@example.com stating your first name and surname and/or email address used to log on.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions provided at the bottom of each email. You can also inform us of your request to unsubscribe by writing to eshop@jerome-dreyfuss.
To change your password, click on “My account / Security”. You can also change it by clicking on “Forgot my password” when you connect to your customer account.
If you would like to delete your customer account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Bear in mind however that as a result, your order history will be deleted.
