Foreword

The purchase of products offered on jerome-dreyfuss.com is subject to these general terms of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “general terms of sale”).

Orders placed on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website are exclusively targeted to private individuals and “end buyer” companies, other than for their resale. It is strictly prohibited to resell or distribute the Jérôme Dreyfuss products purchased on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website.

These general terms of sale may be updated at any time by Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss.

Moreover, whenever you place an order on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website, you will be asked to confirm that you accept the general terms of sale applicable on the date you place your order.

 

Article 1 - Products

The main features of the Products are shown on the Jérôme Dreyfuss website in each Product sheet. However, you are fully informed that the images, photographs and colours of the items offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the actual colours due to the web browser or monitor used.

The products offered for sale on the Website are available while stocks last.

Our products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website and as long as the stocks are available. There may be errors or changes in exceptional cases, specifically in the event of simultaneous orders for the same product from a number of customers.

If a product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email or by phone, and you will be given the option of ordering another product featured on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website as a replacement, or of cancelling your order.

If you opt to cancel your order, any amounts already paid will be immediately refunded to you, to the bank account corresponding to the bankcard used to make the payment.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss cannot be held liable in the event of inventory shortage or unavailability of the products.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to change the articles offered on the website at any time, without notice.

 

Article 2 - Prices

Product Pricing

The prices of Jérôme Dreyfuss products are indicated in the relevant currencies.

For mainland France, prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable in mainland France.

For Member States of the European Union, prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery.

For countries outside the European Union and French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), prices are displayed exclusive of taxes (excl. VAT).

The total amount of the order includes delivery charges, according to the delivery option selected by the customer (see section “Delivery Methods”).

108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to modify the prices of the products available on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website at any time and without prior notice.
Products will be invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to the availability of the products at that time.

 

Article 3 - Orders

The jerome-dreyfuss.com website allows you to immediately order online a selection of Jérôme Dreyfuss products from Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss. These products may be delivered to the countries mentioned in the delivery list.

For any exceptional order or request regarding an order already placed, please contact our customer service department by email (customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com).

Signing up or "guest" order:

For any order, you may place an order as a "guest" without creating a customer account or through a customer account. Even if you order as a guest, should you create an account afterward, your previous orders will be linked to your customer account. Some promotional offers are only accessible to customers with an account created beforehand. To create a customer account, you must fill out a personal information form with complete honesty and are required to update this information as needed. We invite you to contact our customer service if you wish to change information such as your name, first name, or email address.

When creating your customer account, you will be asked to choose an email address and a password, which will be required each time you wish to access it. Your personal information is thus protected by a password so that only you have access to it.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss recommends that you do not disclose this password to any third party.

You should log out of your profile and close your browser at the end of each work session to limit access to your personal information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password.

Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access personal data and this right may be exercised by writing to the Customer Service Department at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com, without prejudice to your right to object to the processing of this data for just cause.

 

Finalising orders:

At any time, you may:

·         Modify your selection by clicking on “delete” or by adjusting the quantities as the case may be.

You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.

For every order placed via the website, it is implied that you provide complete and accurate information during the ordering procedure. The information requested will include: title, surname, first name, phone number, email address, delivery and invoicing address.

At the end of the ordering procedure, you are invited to click on “Complete my purchase”. When you click on this button, you will be asked to accept all of these general terms of sale and use and the jerome-dreyfuss.com privacy policy.

When you are finished, your order is transmitted to Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss for processing. Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right not to accept an order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reasonably considers that the customer has violated these general terms or is engaged in any fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.

You will receive an order summary by email. The acknowledgement of receipt will mention the description of the Jérôme Dreyfuss products selected, the quantity, the price and the amount of shipping costs.

You will not be able to request the cancellation of your order once it has been confirmed and the payment has been processed.

The data recorded by the jerome-dreyfuss.com website will establish proof of transactions operated between Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss and one of its customers about a transaction made on the website, the data recorded by Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss shall be considered to be valid proof of the content of the transaction.

In accordance with Article L. 134-2 of the French Consumer Code, when an order relates to an amount of minimum EUR 120, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss shall retain the document that embodies the contract entered into electronically between Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss and a customer for a period starting from the entering into of the contract until the date the item was delivered and for a period of ten years from this date (in accordance with Decree 2005-137 of 16 February 2005).

Article 4 - Retention of ownership

All products ordered remain the property of Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss until full payment for the products has been received by Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss.

However, you shall bear the risks (in particular of loss, theft or damage) regarding the delivered products from the actual date of delivery.

 

 

 

Article 5 - Methods of payment

Payment Terms

All orders placed on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website must be paid in full at the time of order placement.

Payments on our website can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners), Apple Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDeal (Netherlands), or PayPal.

We also offer several payment facilities:

Alma (3 interest-free installments): available in France for purchases starting from €400.

Klarna (installment or deferred payment): available in the following countries: Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.
Minimum and maximum purchase thresholds may apply depending on the country, and additional fees may be charged.

If you choose to pay in installments, you agree to the general terms and conditions of Alma and Klarna, as well as the specific conditions applicable to 109 customers.

Various other payment methods are also available. The available payment options will be displayed at the “Payment” stage during checkout. Payment is always debited at the time of order confirmation, regardless of the payment method selected. Your order will only be shipped after verification of your payment method and receipt of authorization to debit your account.

Please note that store credits or gift cards issued by Jérôme Dreyfuss boutiques cannot be used to purchase items on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website.

Your credit or debit card will be charged upon confirmation of your order. In the event that one or more items are unavailable (see “Product Availability”), the amount corresponding to the unavailable products will be refunded by our Customer Service.

If you choose to pay with a digital gift card, you may supplement the payment using any of the payment methods listed above. Digital gift cards are valid for six (6) months and can only be used on the jerome-dreyfuss.com online store. They may be used multiple times during their validity period, until the available balance is fully spent.

Article 6 - Deliveries

Delivery Zones

Products purchased on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website can only be delivered to the countries listed in the delivery zones on jerome-dreyfuss.com (“My country” section).

It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside these territories. For security reasons, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss will not process any order for which a P.O. box or “cedex” address is provided.

Products are shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the checkout process.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, the delivery service selected, and the destination country. Shipping fees are automatically waived when the order exceeds the following amounts, depending on the zone:

Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco – always free (standard delivery)

French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) – free from €1000 purchase

European Union – always free (standard delivery)

International (outside the European Union) – free from €800 purchase

United Kingdom – free from £700 purchase

For customers residing outside the European Union, additional charges related to shipping may apply depending on the chosen delivery country.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and South Korea: all taxes and customs fees are covered.

USA: taxes are calculated at checkout.

Other countries: taxes and customs fees are calculated at checkout. The customer may choose to pay these fees at checkout or upon delivery of the parcel.

Before confirming the order, the customer is informed of the applicable conditions for their delivery zone.

For security reasons, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss will not process any order for which a “poste restante”, P.O. box, or “cedex” address is provided.

Delivery Timeframes

This section provides the available shipping options and estimated delivery times for the selected products and delivery country. Please note that delivery times are indicative and do not include order preparation time.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. This preparation time may be slightly longer during promotional periods or in August. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

Delivery in Metropolitan France and Corsica:

Standard home delivery via UPS: 2 to 3 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier within Metropolitan France, and up to 6 business days for Corsica.

Express home delivery via DHL: 1 to 2 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery in Europe (European Union):

Standard home delivery via UPS: 3 to 5 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier. This delivery method is not available outside the EU.

Express home delivery via DHL: 1 to 3 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery in International Zone (outside the European Union) and French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM):

Standard home delivery via DHL: 4 to 7 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Express home delivery via DHL: 2 to 7 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to split deliveries. Shipping fees will only be charged for a single shipment, in accordance with the details shown in your order summary.

Delivery Issues

Any delivery failure or delay of more than eight (8) business days must be reported to our customer service as soon as possible. Any claim made more than thirty (30) calendar days after the order confirmation date cannot be accepted.

You must check the conformity of the goods upon delivery and, if possible, note any anomalies (opened package, damaged product, etc.) as handwritten reservations with your signature on the delivery slip.

You must then contact customer service by email or telephone.

In the event of non-compliance of the purchased products or if they do not meet your expectations, you may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions set out in the “Returns – Exchanges – Refunds” section.

 

Article 7 – Returns – Exchanges – Refunds

Return Conditions

You may return any product ordered on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website for a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date, provided you follow the procedure below and return your item complete, in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the country. Returns for store credit incur no fees and are covered by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss (option available for orders delivered within the European Union).

Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to refuse future orders on the website in the event of excessive returns or non-compliance with the return conditions.

Once the request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (depending on your country of residence) to affix to the outside of the parcel, as well as a return form to place inside the parcel.

Return fees will be directly deducted from the refund of the returned item(s), except in the case of a return due to non-compliance (wrong item, defective product, damaged item). In the event of non-compliance, return fees are covered by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss.

Upon receipt of the return, a quality check will be carried out before validating the refund. Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss has full discretion to decide whether the products are in their original condition when returned to jerome-dreyfuss.com. 
The company 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss does not cover returns made outside the return process established by Maison Jérôme Dreyfuss.
Any return made outside this procedure is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Consequently, 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss shall not be held liable in the event of loss, incorrect address, or delay in delivery.
In the event of loss or damage during transport, the customer must contact the carrier directly.

Making an Exchange

You may exchange your item by making a standard return for a refund or by opting for store credit (ideal for gifts). Please submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return for Store Credit

If you reside in the European Union, this option exempts you from any return fees.

Enter your order number and email address, then select the “Store Credit” option when it is offered.

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a store credit, valid for 6 months exclusively on our website and non-personalized. You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card directly in your inbox.

Return for Refund

Choose the “Refund” option when declaring your return at: https://www.jerome-dreyfuss.com/a/return

You will be able to download a prepaid shipping label. A contribution will be deducted from the refund for returns. Return fees vary according to the country of return (see “How to make a return”).

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will proceed with the refund. You may then place a new order for the product of your choice at any time.

Returning an E-shop Order in Store

Any Jérôme Dreyfuss product purchased on jerome-dreyfuss.com may be exchanged or returned in certain Jérôme Dreyfuss boutiques within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery date, under the following conditions:

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Returned items must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or a copy in case of partial return.

Jérôme Dreyfuss boutiques do not offer refunds for products purchased on jerome-dreyfuss.com. Under no circumstances can your bank card be refunded directly in store. For a return, the product will be refunded later directly by the online boutique. The store sales team will liaise with the online boutique team.

When visiting a boutique, if you wish to exchange your item, our sales team will invite you to make a new purchase in-store. The exchanged product will be refunded later directly by the online boutique.

Refund Timeframe

Your return parcel will be processed within 3 to 15 working days after receipt. These timeframes may be extended during sales, private sales, and the month of August. The refund is issued to the bank account linked to the card used for payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. From this confirmation, the refund will be effective within 5 to 10 working days.

Outbound shipping costs will not be refunded when processing your return.

The refunded amount corresponds to the price of the returned products with tags and in perfect condition. If you used a discount code when placing your order, it will not be reissued after a return.

Payments made using a voucher (digital gift card) will always be refunded in the form of a voucher and can in no case be refunded in cash.

Return Refusal

Your return request may be refused in two cases:

If the return deadline has passed. In this case, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to replace the refund request with the creation of a voucher for the value of the returned items.

If the Client’s item does not meet the return conditions detailed above on this page. Each product is inspected upon receipt. If your item has a defect, Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss invites you to report it to customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com

 

Article 8- Statutory warranty for latent defects

The products sold on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website are subject to the statutory warranties provided for in Articles L. 211-4, L. 211-5 and L. 211-12 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 of the French Civil Code:

Pursuant to Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, the seller is bound to a warranty on account of the latent defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or which so impair that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lesser price for it, had the buyer known of them.

Article 1648 of the French Civil Code

The action arising from latent defects must be brought by the buyer within a period of two years following the discovery of the defect.

In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, under penalty of being time-barred, the action must be brought within the year following the date on which the seller may be discharged from visible defects.

Article L. 211 -4 of the French Consumer Code

The seller is bound to deliver a product that complies with the contract and shall be liable for the conformity defects found at the time of the delivery.

The seller shall also be liable for the conformity defects arising from the packaging, assembly instructions or the installation whenever they are placed under its responsibility by the contract or was carried out under its responsibility.

Article L. 211 -5 of the French Consumer Code, to comply with the contract, the item must:

1° Be fit for the use that is usually expected of a similar item and, as applicable:

·         Correspond to the description given by the seller and have the characteristics that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

·         Have the characteristics that a buyer may legitimately expect in light of the public representations made by the seller, the producer or its representatives, including in advertisements or on the labelling;

2° Or feature the characteristics determined by mutual agreement between the parties or be fit for any special use sought by the buyer, of which the seller was informed and which it accepted.

Article L. 211-12 of the French Consumer Code.

The action resulting from the lack of compliance shall be statute-barred as from the delivery of the item.

 

 

Article 9 - Liability of Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss

 

Limitation of liability

Société 108 Jérôme Dreyfuss can in no way be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profit or opportunity arising from the purchase of Jérôme Dreyfuss products on the jerome-dreyfuss.com website.

 

Intellectual property rights

All elements of the jerome-dreyfuss.com website (drawings, models, illustrations, images, sound track, texts, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of Sarl 111 Jérôme Dreyfuss or its subsidiaries. Article 10- Offer conditions

Conditions of the “Fortune Cookie” Game – Eligibility Requirements and Terms

As part of the orders placed on the Jérôme Dreyfuss online store between December 1 and December 24, 2025 inclusive, the Maison is organizing a game allowing participants to attempt to win one of the following prizes:

  • 4 Harry S bags in black grained goatskin,

  • 4 Helmut PM small leather goods in champagne lamé.

Each eligible order contains a fortune cookie informing the customer whether they have won a prize, within the limits of available quantities.
Winning cookies do not have any specific packaging: only the paper slip inside, containing a winning mention with “HARRY” or “HELMUT pm”, as well as a small heart at the beginning of the sentence, makes it possible to identify a winning prize. Winning cookies are inserted randomly into orders.

Customers receiving a winning fortune cookie are invited to contact Customer Service at the following address: customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com, no later than January 15, 2026 inclusive (date shown on the card included with the order).
After this deadline, the prize can no longer be claimed and will be considered forfeited.

In the event of withdrawal or return of the order, the customer who received a winning fortune cookie permanently loses the right to the associated prize. No compensation may be granted.

Prizes awarded as part of the game are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable, either for their monetary value or for another product.
