Standard delivery is free, with no minimum order, to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and the European Union. Beyond that, it becomes free from €800 for international orders outside the European Union, €1,000 for the French Overseas Territories and £700 for the United Kingdom.

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it and hand it over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours. This time may be slightly longer during promotional periods and in August.

The delivery times below apply from dispatch, excluding preparation, and are given as a guide.

Mainland France and Corsica: standard via UPS, 2 to 3 business days on the mainland and 5 business days in Corsica; express via UPS, 1 to 2 business days.

European Union: standard via UPS, 2 to 6 business days; express via DHL, 1 to 3 business days.

International outside the European Union and French Overseas Territories: standard via DHL, 4 to 7 business days; express via DHL, 2 to 7 business days.

For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on the destination. They are covered for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and South Korea. For other countries, they are calculated at checkout, payable at that stage or on receipt of the parcel.

On our website, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners), Apple Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), or PayPal.

We also offer several payment options:

Alma (3 interest-free installments): available in France for purchases starting from €400.

Klarna (installment payment or deferred payment): available in the following countries — Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany. Minimum and maximum purchase thresholds may apply depending on the country, and fees may be charged.
