    How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number and a summary of the items in your shopping basket. You can also consult this summary in your customer account by clicking on “My orders”.

    If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If this is not the case, you can contact us at eshop@jerome-dreyfuss.com: we will verify whether your order has been processed and provide you with any additional information

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Once your order has been validated, you can no longer add, change or delete items or replace the model.

    If you wish to cancel your order or make a change to the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at eshop@jerome-dreyfuss.com. You should state the reference of your order and the changes to be made. Your request will be taken into account depending on the status of your order.

    Should, unfortunately, the change not be possible, please return your order to us upon receipt.

    When will my order be shipped?

    Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 hours during normal periods (working days). This time limit may be extended during sales or other promotional offers.

    The delivery times vary between 1 to 6 working days, depending on the destination and the selected carrier.

    Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and the carrier.

    How can I receive the invoice of my online order?

    To limit the environmental impact of your dispatch, we do not add the paper invoice inside the parcel.

    For each order placed, the invoice of your purchase will be available in your customer account. To consult the invoice, go to “My orders” then click on the invoice that you wish to print.

    Please note that we are not authorised to change the invoicing information once the invoice has been issued.
