    What are your return conditions?

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days following the receipt of your order, provided that the items have not been used. They must be returned with the labels, warranty cards and all accessories (e.g. cotton pouch).

    You can request a refund or an exchange.

    The costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.

    Jérôme Dreyfuss reserves the right to refuse future orders on the website if a customer makes too many returns or does not comply with the conditions.

    How can I make a return?

    VYou can make a return request up to 14 days following the receipt of your order.

    Online return:

    To download your return slip, log on to your account and go to “Return an item and refund”. Next, select the order and the items in question. Please provide as many details as possible regarding the reasons for this return so that we can make the appropriate improvements.

    Articles must never be worn and must be returned with the labels and all accessories (e.g. cotton pouch).

    We recommend that you use Colissimo and regardless of the carrier selected, it is important to retain the tracking numbers so you can send it to us in the event of a problem. Please enclose the attached return slip with your parcel. After the item has been received and checked by our logistics department, we will make the refund.

    Your order confirmation email will serve as a purchase invoice. In the event of a return, the refund will be triggered after the fact directly by the e-shop, to the bank account used for your purchase.

    How can I make an exchange?

    To exchange an item, we make a refund. The item that does not meet your satisfaction can be returned to us. When we receive the item, we will make the refund. You can order the new product at any time.

    When can I expect my refund?

    Our teams will confirm to you by email that your returned item has been received and validated. You will receive an email informing you when the refund has been made.

    Allow for approximately 10 working days for our teams to process your returned parcel.

    An order that was paid for with an e-gift card, a gift card or store credit will be automatically refunded with store credit.

    My item is defective, what is the procedure?

    Our teams carry out a quality control of all our products before they are dispatched. However, should your item have a defect, please contact us upon receipt at You should state the reference of your order and attach photographs so that we can find the best solution to your problem.

    Can my return be refused?

    Each product is examined upon receipt. Your request for return may be refused in two cases:

    • If the return deadline is exceeded. In this case, we reserve the right to replace the refund request with a coupon in the amount of the returned items.
    • If the item return does not correspond to the return conditions outlined above on this page.
