These large cowhides are thick and tough, and their surface has been mechanically grained for evenness of grain and lightly sanded for a peach-skin effect. A water-repellent finish has been applied to the surface.

Before first use, brush the velvet parts with a soft brush (to remove sanding
dust) and waterproof with a colorless universal spray. This operation should
be repeated regularly.
• At first, wear your accessory with dark clothing for dark leathers to avoid color bleeding onto your clothes.
• Caution: dark clothing with poorlyfixed dye may bleed onto your accessory.
• Protect from heat sources.
• Be careful not to snag your accessory, as the skin may tear.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water, as humidity reinforces color migration on clothing.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or artificial light, which can nuance the color.
• Avoid greasy substances.
