    What are the accepted methods of payment ?

    On our website, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners), Apple Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), or PayPal.

    We also offer several payment options:

    Alma (3 interest-free installments): available in France for purchases starting from €400.

    Klarna (installment payment or deferred payment): available in the following countries — Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany. Minimum and maximum purchase thresholds may apply depending on the country, and fees may be charged.

    A variety of other payment methods are also available. The different payment options will be displayed at the “Payment” step during checkout.
    Please note that the payment is always charged at the time the order is confirmed, regardless of the payment method selected.

    Is it possible to pay in installments?

    Here are the different payment options available on our website :

    Is the payment secure ?

    Transactions are fully processed through the secure payment systems of our partners Adyen, PayPal, Alma, and Global-e (for orders outside France).

    I am unable to validate my payment

    If your payment does not go through, you can place your order again using another payment method. Feel free to write to us at customerservice@jerome-dreyfuss.com if the problem is unresolved.

    Can I benefit from a detax ?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer tax removal documents for purchases made on our website.

    What are the terms of use for a credit note issued as a gift card?

    A credit note, equivalent to the amount of the order you wish to return, will be sent to you by email.

    - This credit note is valid exclusively on our online store for a period of 6 months.

    - Once issued, a credited voucher cannot be refunded.

    - You will receive it in the form of a code, which can be entered in the “discount code or gift card” section during your next order.

    - If the total of your new order is less than the value of the credit note, the remaining balance can be used for a future purchase, within the validity period of the credit.

    - Non-refundable. In case of a return, the amount (or portion of the amount) paid with the gift card will be recredited to the same card.

    This option is available only for orders delivered within the European Union.
